The LS-20-05-2N Sorter is designated for the enrichment of wet basic diamond ore with grain size -50 + 20,- 20 + 10 mm.

The sorter's operation concept is based on the luminescence property of X-ray irradiated diamonds and on the difference of those properties with diamonds and associate luminescent minerals.

The sorter includes a sorting machine (SM) and an automated control rack (ACR).

Material feed and transportation system Continuous flow system, single-pass. Loading hopper (with a flange to connect to the mill's transportation system) - gravity feeder with automatically controlled slide valve - a shaping slope tray (300 mm wide) - adjustable outer divider plate (concentrate-tailing) - concentrate and tailing channels (with flanges to connect the relevant pipelines of the mill).
Non-single layer feed of material to the analysis area is allowed.
